What we collect and why

Contact via WhatsApp, phone and e-mail: the data you choose to share (name, phone number, message content, optionally a CV). Purpose: replying to your enquiry, preparing an offer for an employer or recruiting a candidate (Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR, Art. 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code). Kept until talks or recruitment end, at most 12 months after the last contact. WhatsApp messages are also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy.

Technical data: The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies. The admin panel uses a technical session cookie.

Recipients

Our hosting provider (servers in the EU), our e-mail provider, and the user employers to whom we assign candidates under temporary work or recruitment, to the extent needed for employment.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond.

Quattro Job sp. z o.o. is an employment agency listed in the KRAZ register under no. 27426 and charges no fees to job seekers.
