The Quattro Job group runs a licensed recruitment office in Jakarta. Candidates are selected, medically checked and trained there before they fly to Poland.

Your request
You describe the positions, headcount, location and start date. We reply with a sourcing proposal and terms.

Selection and documents
We shortlist candidates in Poland or abroad and verify documents, experience and health.

Work permit
Our legalisation team files the electronic permit applications and tracks deadlines at the office.

Visa and registrations
For non-EU workers we run the visa process and the registrations required in the country of origin.

Arrival and housing
We collect workers at the airport and arrange housing, registration, bank account and insurance.

Work and coordination
The worker starts as a Quattro Job temporary employee. A coordinator stays in touch with you and the team.
